Halloween crept closer with each rustle of autumn leaves, and Anna’s excitement crackled like a bonfire—it was her favorite time of year, after all. Determined to host a masquerade that would linger in memories long after the last cobweb decoration vanished, she dashed through the frosted woods to Elsa’s ice-kissed palace. "We need sparkle, surprises, and *so* many costumes!" Anna declared, breathless as she burst into her sister’s tranquil study. Elsa, ever the calm to Anna’s storm, set aside her scrolls with a chuckle. Together, they sketched plans beneath the glow of a flickering candle: twirling paper bats, caramel-apple towers, and a dance floor lit by constellations of enchanted lanterns. But first—pumpkins. The sisters scavenged the patch for the plumpest orange globe, carving jagged grins and starry eyes, their laughter echoing as candlelight breathed life into the jack-o’-lantern’s mischievous grin. Then came the grand finale: fabric. Elsa’s magic spun frost-flower embroidery across Anna’s emerald velvet gown, while Anna insisted Elsa shimmer in a sapphire dress woven with threads of moonlight. As twilight draped the kingdom, the sisters twirled, their masks glinting, ready to greet guests under a sky brimming with whispers of magic and mischief.
